What will you do?

• Provides strategic direction, and business planning, and implements measures to ensure success of the residential HVAC program
• Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives
• Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability.
• Responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring activities
