About This Role Job purpose: This position is responsible for accelerating growth in BlackRock’s Wealth advisory business, by leading the tele-sales team and taking direct ownership of individual client sales activity. The focus is on generating opportunities, strengthening adviser relationships, and driving adoption of BlackRock’s products and technology using CRM tools. Focus market are German independent advisors at start. The role also includes coaching the team, improving performance through clear KPIs, and embedding technology into daily sales activity.
