Job Description

Our client is a company specialized in document management/software solutions. They are looking for a committed and efficient sales manager.

Job responsabilities:

  • Responsible of achieving the predetermined sales objectives and budget by coaching and leading the Key Account Managers team.
  • Make concrete objectives for your sales team and define individual targets
  • Prepare annual budget per customer with follow-up
  • Ensure that the sales process is followed by the KAMs
  • etc...

    • Job requirements:

  • Preferably university degree
  • 5 years of experience min.
  • Born communication and flexible team player
  • Experience with people management
  • Affinity with document management
  • Fluent in Flemish , English and French is a +
