About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter – Automotive Refinish to drive new business acquisition within the automotive refinish industry. The successful candidate will focus on identifying, prospecting, and converting body shops, fleet operators, and independent repair centres to premium automotive refinish solutions.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify and target new body shops, fleets, and independent repair centres within the assigned territory. Develop structured prospecting plans to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through ongoing lead generation. Convert customers from competitor brands to premium automotive refinish systems. Customer Engagement & Solution Selling Conduct on-site assessments of body shops and repair facilities.
