Job Description
We are working exclusively with our Northampton-based client, who is seeking a Part-Time Sales Ledger Clerk to join their busy and friendly team.
Our client is a well-established organisation known for its precision and reliability. The business has continued to grow and is now a trusted specialist service provider, supporting organisations with their operational needs and challenges.
Role Description
This is a part-time sales ledger position working 25 hours a week (Monday β Friday), on-site based in Northampton.
Key Responsibilities
* Invoicing for customers β Create and issue sales invoices and credit notes, VAT checks etc. and to send to customers with the data/backup sheets
* Invoice received confirmation β to contact the customer after the invoice has been sent to confirm they have received it
* Invoice uploading β to upload invoices to customer portals
* Monitor process β when invoices are uploaded, the status of invoice needs to be monitored (i.e...
