Job Description
As a Sales Lead, you will own the entire sales funnel and be responsible for driving closures and achieving
monthly revenue targets for your assigned Experience Centre.
What Youβll Own
β Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates
β Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent project closures
β Drive 12β15 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management
β Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey
β Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned
projects
β Actively participate in and contribute to training programs aimed at enhancing customer experience
β Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality
