Sales Lead – Agriculture – Voltrac

At Voltrac, we are on a mission to strengthen Europe’s food security and defence with an autonomous electric tractor that frees farmers from drudgery and keeps soldiers out of harm’s way. The 3.5‑tonne platform is currently being tested at vineyards, olive orchards and citrus groves across Spain. We are about to scale manufacturing to 100 units yearly, and need a sales leader to match the growth.

You will be Voltrac’s key person setting the sales strategy for our agricultural product in Spain, working closely with the founders and owning the full sales funnel. Together with colleagues you will go from prospecting to signing pre‑orders and purchase agreements, converting early interest into paid deployments that shape European farming.
