Sales Incentive Specialist,
you will be responsible to:
Research and resolve commissions cases accurately and within defined SLAs.
Investigate sales transactions, compensation calculations, and system outputs to determine root cause.
Clearly document findings, actions taken, and resolution outcomes in Salesforce.
Apply compensation policies and rules consistently while escalating exceptions appropriately.
Identify patterns or recurring issues across multiple cases and flag potential systemic problems.
