JD for Sales Head APAC

Our client is an early‑stage company delivering IT infrastructure and managed services, application development/outsourcing, and aSaaS Learning Management System (LMS). They seek a senior, hands‑on Head of Sales to build the commercial function from ground zero, win anchor customers, and scale predictable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy and full‑cycle sales for infrastructure, application services and LMS across target segments (Enterprise, Mid‑market, Education/L&D).
• Build and lead the sales function: hire, onboard, set quotas/comp plans, implement CRM/processes, enablement and forecasting.
• Drive new‑logo acquisition and expansion—direct, channel and alliance motions; lead RFPs, POCs and pilots.
