Role Overview

This role leads Sales Managers and Account Managers to grow product sales. The position focuses on improving sales performance, coordinating with different sales channels, and using data to drive better results across the sales network.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and support Sales Managers handling VAS product sales.
• Guide Account Managers in working with retailers and implementing strategies such as profit-sharing and pilot products.
• Manage and coach a team of sales officers and associates.
• Build strong working relationships with the sales team to drive VAS initiatives.
