- Directly contact to customers, mainly for government/ state enterprise/ private company
- Approach customers for the Smart City products
- Monitoring and updating all issues which will affect the business up/ down/ lost/ win, such as demand, competitor status, market, forecast, order, delivery, quotation, payment, price issues, etc - Market research for potential customers in Thailand and visiting to find the government/ infrastructure projects, and understanding the TOR (Terms of Reference) requirement
- Visiting customers to approach and expand more business, new project development and provide a visiting report and monthly topics to the Manager and team on the same day
- Communicate with Partners to find any new opportunities and collaborate /support to build the projects until completion - Update weekly and monthly status such as the project's progress, pending issues, action plan, etc.
