Job Description
Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries via website, email, WhatsApp, etc.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations.
- Communicate with customers and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of printing projects.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Minimum diploma or higher educational qualification.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate with customers and suppliers.
- The ability and desire for a sales job with a confident and determined approach.
