Job Responsibilities
- Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk‑in customers as well as our online platforms’ customers.
- Attend to customers’ queries in‑store and online; respond promptly to inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, Carousell, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls.
- Ensure service delivery standards are met to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Be self‑motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Inventory management – support merchandise transfer, stock‑take, inventory counts.
- Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and digital sales.
