The Sales Executive – Retail is responsible for supporting the retail leasing and sales operations by identifying opportunities, engaging prospective tenants, and achieving individual sales targets. Responsibilities

1. Sales and Leasing Activities

• Identify, source, and secure new retail stock and leasing opportunities.
• Present property information and leasing options to potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions under management supervision to achieve optimal results.
• Support the preparation and execution of lease agreements and related documentation.
