Applicants will need to have experience in car sales and be able to demonstrate a passion for great customer service.

Regular activities will extend to:

• Taking customers through the sales process, identifying their perfect vehicle
• Proactively following up leads by telephone and online, converting them to appointments.
• Presenting the full product range, utilising a well-developed knowledge of the to provide the highest standards of customer service – discussing equipment, prices, specifications, technical details and finance offerings
• Conducting demonstration and test drives to build desire and highlight suitability
• Appraising part exchange vehicles to ascertain accurate market valuations.
