Haleon Sales Executive – Independent Pharmacies is responsible for driving sales growth for our consumer healthcare brands within a specific territory, ensuring product availability and in-store visibility.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve quarterly and annual target for the assigned area within the trade spend guidelines.
• Develop good working and business relationships with outlets, negotiate for sales and promotions, and improve merchandising.
• Establish desirable distribution and sell‑out for all products in line with marketing policy in trade.
• Execute in‑store/trade executions and promotions in accordance with guidelines.
• Continuously provide the best services to our customers to ensure quality customer service.
• Maximize sales, maintain healthy inventory and ensure stock hygiene.
