- Service and support existing customers and expand market to new customers. - Prepares sales documents such as quotation and drawing to customers. - Provide and coordination in virous aspect between distributors and customers. - Receive queries and resolve all complaints from customers. - Creates sales weekly report to submit Sales manager. - Comply with supervisor directive and company rules, and strive to improve production efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Skill Development: Striving to develop own skills. - When abnormalities or problem occur, respond immediately and consult with your superiors and persons concerned for instructions.
