Role Purpose
We are seeking an engaging, service-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail boutique team in George Town, Penang. In this role, you will be the face of our heritage brand, providing personalized consultations to retail walk-ins, regular collectors, and connoisseurs, while driving in-store retail sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Boutique Retail Sales : Welcome customers warmly, handle inquiries, and drive retail floor sales by delivering a premium shopping experience.
Hit Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales process from quotation to closing and delivery.
