Job Description
- Fully in charge of all assigned MLO/NVOCC account for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
- Actively participate in the end-to-end sales process involving proposal/quotation/BAF notice/Rate Negotiation/Closing spot Ad hoc rates
- Ensure dead freight contracts are running well and in case of any assistance ensure regular calls are done to the concerned client for dead freight arrangement.
- Ensure and achieve the sales target set for various trade/service corridors. Oversee agency performance.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
- Identify customers needs, opportunities and key buying factors to provide tailor made solutions.
- Attend to customers queries on product and service on daily basis.
