Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a wide range of business development, account management, coordination and basic administrative roles.
- Products are targeted at construction industry (Commercial and Residential), high-end Architects, hotels, hospitals, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to current customers and to develop long term relationships with them.
- Responding to new customer enquiries, to facilitate meet-up for better discussions.
- New business development. Some cold-calls (to prospective / ex-clients) will be expected at times.
- Preparation of tender / bids for projects.
- Preparation of samples presentation required by customers.
- Prepare project list on weekly basis.
- Month end reports.
- Basic administration roles.
- There will be no overtime required, but will appreciate help if required urgently.
