The Sale Executive is responsible for responding to customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.

He/she is required to support and coordinate customer enquiries from customers, representatives and requests from overseas branch, partners and agents. Also responsible for general sales administration and sales documentation.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Attend and respond effectively to customer inquiries, coordinating with the sourcing team to obtain the latest costs, generate sales quotations, and closely follow up to ensure POs are obtained.
• Attend to customer requests efficiently and manage allocated accounts to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer orders are processed timely without further delay.
• Provide up-to-date reports and progress on sales activities including customer information.
