Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their requirements to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance details clearly and professionally.
- Present Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including car registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
- Suggest and promote optional equipment and accessories to enhance the customer’s purchase.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Head of Used Cars.
- Compute and quote sales prices, discounts, and financing options accurately.
- Advise customers on the availability of current and upcoming vehicle models.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure a smooth handover process.
- Liaise with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) to facilitate registration and insurance procedures.
