Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Supporting the sales team with order processing and quotations. • Coordinating with internal departments for order fulfillment. • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pricing updates. • Monitor sales targets and assist in generating sales performance reports. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. • Conduct cold calling activities. • Handle MARG software operations and demonstrate proficiency in MARG and MS Excel. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • 1–10 years of experience in sales support preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. • Strong understanding of billing software (MARG).
