Sales Engineer
Compensation: Base salary of $75,000 plus uncapped commission. Expected annual earnings of $150,000 - $200,000+
What if your next customer conversation wasn't about products, but about helping warehouse operators solve labor shortages, increase throughput, and maximize every square foot of their facility?
As a Sales Engineer, you'll help customers identify operational inefficiencies and design automation solutions that improve productivity, optimize space utilization, and reduce reliance on manual labor. Working across advanced technologies including ASRS and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), you'll combine operational insight, technical expertise, and consultative problem-solving to help customers transform the way work gets done inside their warehouses and distribution centers.
