On-target earnings: A Sales Engineer closing ₱3M per month in commercial projects earns approximately ₱150,000 in commission on top of base salary. Top performers in year 2 are expected to exceed ₱80,000/month total compensation. The 5% commission applies to all closed and invoiced deals with no cap.

The Role

Karnot sells commercial natural refrigerant heat pumps, refrigeration systems, pool heat pumps, and solar-integrated energy packages to businesses across the Philippines.
