The Sales Distributor Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Associates/Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with company standards. This role involves monitoring sales performance, implementing sales strategies, maintaining proper merchandising and inventory practices, and providing ongoing coaching and training to the team.
