**Description**

**The Role**
The **Sales Director – US Wealth** is a senior sales leadership role responsible for supporting growth of WTW Investments’ wealth business across the United States. This role focuses on expanding distribution of WTW’s investment advisory, OCIO, delegated investment, and investment solution offerings to wealth managers, intermediaries, platforms, and strategic partners.

The Sales Director will originate, develop, and close new business opportunities, while working closely with investment specialists, research teams, product leaders, and broader US Investments sales and client management colleagues. The role plays a critical part in executing WTW’s US wealth growth strategy and building long-term, trusted client relationships.
