The role will involve overseeing sales operations across the MENA region and managing a team of 5+ sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HVAC sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional targets. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans across the MENA region. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. - Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities. - Travel within the MENA region for client meetings and market analysis.
