Job Description
On-site - Pasig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director
- Manage schedules, meetings, and internal/external coordination
- Prepare and consolidate sales reports, data, and presentations
- Monitor sales performance and assist in tracking targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with sales team, marketing, and other departments
- Assist in client follow-ups and documentation
- Maintain organized records of sales files, contracts, and reports
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (sales support, admin, or executive assistant)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
