Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead conversion.
- Provide comprehensive presentations of the company's projects, including master plans, floor plans, payment schedules, and architectural unique selling points (USPs).
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market, competitor activities, and economic trends to provide clients with accurate ROI (Return on Investment) forecasts.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing buyers for referrals and repeat business.
- Manage the end-to-end sales processβfrom initial contact and site visits to negotiation and the final signing of contracts.
- Ensure all client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
