Position: Sales Development Representative (Home Services)

Client Industry: Kitchen & Bath Remodeling (Home Services Franchise)

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Outreach: Build lead lists, conduct cold calls/emails, and initiate conversations to qualify interest.
• Lead Qualification: Use structured questions to assess fit, identify ideal prospects, and update CRM statuses.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team, send invites, and ensure attendance.
• Pipeline Management: Keep CRM updated with notes, follow-ups, stages, and deal progress to prevent leads from going cold.
• Follow-Ups: Execute call/email sequences to nurture prospects not yet ready to convert.
• Reporting: Track and report calls, emails, qualified leads, appointments, and conversion metrics.
