Sales Development Representative (SDR)
About the role: We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will own the early stages of the sales funnel—identifying high‑value prospects and creating meaningful conversations that convert into opportunities for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify decision‑makers within B2B organizations (primarily in tech).
- Qualify leads inbound and outbound to uncover business needs, pain points, and fit.
- Book qualified meetings and generate pipeline for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM (e.g., SNV or similar).
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
