Business Development Representative (BDR) – M&A / Private Equity | Remote
Totality Ventures is a buy-side M&A firm working with private equity groups and strategic acquirers to source off-market acquisitions in home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical) and IT/MSP. Most founder relationships start with a cold call, that's where you come in.
We're hiring a BDR who is confident and effective on the phone. This is not a research or back-office role. You'll spend the majority of your day in high-volume outbound calling (both warm and cold) to business owners, opening conversations about strategic acquisition opportunities.
