Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Oversee and manage roll-out of initiatives in Partner Center for our Partners.

  • Coordinate with DSMs and Partners to ensure readiness, adoption, and performance of Partner Center.

  • Collect feedback and insights from DSMs and Partners and cooperate with DSS for better solution designs and improvements.

  • Develop, implement and monitor adoption plans for Partners (training sessions and videos, playbooks and other supporting materials, etc.).

  • Coordinate training with SN Training to prepare DSMs for adoption of new solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve Partner efficiency and joint sales processes.

  • Build strong working relationships with key partner stakeholders.

  • Report initiative progress, risks, and outcomes to Head of Sales Delivery.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales planning and execution, business development, or sales operations
