The Sales Coordinator Trainer is responsible for training RTIS employees on several business activities and procedures. In addition, they assist producers with day-to-day functions to obtain the best fit of coverage for our insured customers. This role provides business expertise with insurance knowledge and coordination of training to support the growth of the department.
