Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with the sales team and managing expectations internally and with customers
• Engaging with operations and credit departments to drive outcomes
• Managing customer expectations through effective communication
• Identifying, communicating, and escalating functional problems
• Resolving conflicts, solving problems, and seeking assistance when needed
• Administering all sales platforms to ensure data integrity
• Delivering on customer-related objectives and supporting requirements
• Completing quotations, credit notes, and maintaining credit facilities
• Supporting Account and Business Development Managers in achieving customer excellence
