Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Principals, and Customers in sales/ purchase orders, shipment documentation, and payment settlement
- Establish and develop stronger relationships with existing & new clients.
- Attend to customer inquiries by providing quotations.
- Liaising with customers on their shipment requirements and sales activities.
- Liaise with warehouse and delivery personnel for timely local delivery arrangement
- Coordinate and perform monthly cycle-count / annual stock count.
- Responsible for order processing and ensure delivery is made per customer’s request date.
- Ensure customers satisfaction with the company products and services.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
- Min 2 year of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
