Responsibilities

• Receive orders from Sales and Clients and preparing Sales order
• Preparing delivery documents and retrieval of return documents
• Sales and customer coordination
• Gives administrative and customer service support to the sales team
• Coordinates with Logistics regarding delivery of products
• Creating sales and executive reports

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance or Accounting Course preferably with Marketing, Audit and Accounting Background
• With marketing and management background and with excellent communication skills.
• 2 years of experience doing sales support and coordination
• Excellent customer service
• Personable and amiable
• Results oriented
