**JOB SUMMARY**

To support the sales process and administrative function of the Proactive and Sales Centre Team.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. To handle all incoming calls in the office within 3 rings and to assist incoming sales enquiries through the sales process including guestrooms, group and catering bookings with proper follow-up on all quotations within 24 hours.
