Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Database Management
• Build and maintain a full customer database
• Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date
• Track leads, contacts, and sales opportunities
• Ensure no customer opportunities are missed
• Send product updates and promotions via email campaigns
• Use Mailchimp for customer communications
• Work with internal teams on campaign content and promotional activity
• Follow up customer enquiries and responses
