Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our international sales operations.
If you are strong in coordination, documentation, and client communication, this role offers great exposure to the global business environment
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate with international clients & sales team
✔ Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)
✔ Handle order processing, tracking & dispatch coordination
✔ Follow up with logistics, shipping & customs clearance teams
✔ Maintain accurate records in ERP / CRM systems
✔ Support sales team in quotations, reports & client communication
✔ Ensure timely delivery and smooth order execution
