**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Process and manage customer sales orders, pricing conditions, and contracts within SAP with accuracy and efficiency
+ Execute daily sales administration activities, including order entry, billing, and master data updates
+ Provide responsive customer support, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high-quality service experience
+ Review billing documents for contract pricing compliance and perform credit memo and rebill processing to resolve discrepancies
+ Maintain and analyze SAP sales data, generating reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
