Job Description

Introduction:

Map Ta Phut, Rayong

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and coordinate customer orders from clients and the sales team, ensuring accuracy and smooth processing.
  • Monitor orde status, delivery schedules, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accompany the sales team to client meetings and provide Thai–Chinese / Chinese–Thai interpretation during business discussions and negotiations.
  • Present and introduce products to customers, clearly communicating key features and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Plan and support marketing and promotional activities to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage marketing tools and materials, with a strong focus on Chinese-language content.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support overall sales objectives.
