Role Overview

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

Reports to: Director, Shared Services-Americas

Genesys is seeking a driven and highly organized Sales Content & Proposal Specialist to assist in multiple revenue‑generating activities within our Shared Services team. As a key partner to our sales and solution consulting teams, you will play a role in the editing and creation of buyer engagement videos, support translation around presales assets, and manage projects (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.). Your work will ultimately support sales in generating more revenue from new logo and existing business opportunities. You will assist our Shared Services team with creating high‑impact, client‑focused videos, RFPs, and assets that position Genesys as a market leader.
