As a Sales Consultant at Sanipex Group, you will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring a high-quality showroom experience. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and develop long-term relationships with clients. The role requires you to offer expert design advice, collaborate with the CAD team for product mock-ups, and stay current on design trends to provide relevant and innovative solutions. Additionally, you'll meet sales targets and ensure all order processing follows company policies and practices.
