Call Center Sales Manager

Onsite - No Remote

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Occasional Saturdays

We're seeking a driven, sales-minded professional to help build and lead our inside sales operation from the ground up. This role will begin as a hands-on individual contributor focused on outbound sales activity, lead generation, customer engagement, and process development, with a clear path into managing and scaling a call center team.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building structure, and understands how to drive results through both personal performance and team leadership.
