Position: Sales Associate
Location: Shrewsbury
Job Type: Part Time – 8 hours per week – 1 day per week

What you’ll do

This isn’t your typical retail role. As a Trek Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first-faced customers who meet when they walk through the door. You’ll help people explore the world of cycling, learn about some of the most innovative products in the industry, and support customers in finding exactly what they need.

Your role is all about creating warm, meaningful interactions. You’ll listen closely, understand each customer’s goals, and offer thoughtful recommendations that make their cycling journey even better. You’ll also build lasting relationships with riders in the community—many of whom will come back to see because of the experience you have.
