We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate to join our Jil Sander Singapore team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exception customer service and driving sales in our fashionable retail store location in Singapore.
What you'll be doing Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Deliver outstanding service aligned with the brand's luxury standards. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. Create personalized client experiences, including services and private appointments. Manage post-sale follow-up, including client feedback and relationship nurturing. Maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, brand history, and current campaigns.
