Orangetheory Fitness Oviedo is seeking energetic, friendly, and sales-orientated fitness enthusiasts to join our team!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Sales Associates are primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding performance goals, including generating and servicing leads, membership sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, successful sales experience, and can effectively assist in running all front of house “ studio operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Experience within a goal-setting structure is strongly preferred.
