About the Role
To help realise our growth ambitions in Iberia, we are looking for a commercially driven and proactive Sales Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contacting customers to drive reorders, upselling and cross‑selling
- Reactivating inactive or low‑frequency customers
- Managing and tracking sales opportunities in Salesforce
- Supporting order processes in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance
- Monitoring customer performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Executing telesales campaigns and promotional activities
- Collecting and sharing market and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience in telesales, inside sales or commercial support is preferred
